Securely place the unused electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all cables, manuals, and components that were part of the initial shipment.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

Quality Inspection and Refund

Once our technical team verifies the hardware's condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
